Sessions can be done via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. Sessions are 45 minutes. 

Optimize Coaching Programs last 3, 6, or 12 months. It includes a weekly hour long one-on-one session of material made specially for you and your goals, EFT or Thetahealing to help break through blocks,  and accountability follow ups during the week.
